1. At The Childress Law Office, our job is to help you make the best decisions possible under the circumstances, and to act on your behalf including representation in Court. You are always in control of your case except when a decision is placed in the hands of a Judge. We cannot make any settlements or decisions about how your case will end or conclude without your express permission and request to do so.
   
   
2. Your documents will be prepared under the direct supervision of an experienced attorney who is aware of your needs after consulting with you personally.
   
   
3. All documents provided by The Childress Law Office are tailored to secure your rights and to maximize the best interest of all parties involved.
   
   
4. Our services include expediting the necessary filings and service of legal documents in the courthouse and government offices. We goto Court for you.
   
   
5. This office remains available to consult with you throughout the process.
   
   
6. Divorce is a difficult time under the best of circumstances. The Childress Law Office uses collaborative law methods with your spouse or ex-spouse, or their attorney, to conclude your case as fast and fairly as possible.
   
   
7. Sidney Childress is knowledgeable as to estate planning and tax issues that arise in family cases. We look for ways to maximize any tax advantages to be had for the parties.
   
   
8. All agreements for legal services made with this office are confirmed for you in writing. If you did not agree in writing in advance to incur any fee or charge from The Childress Law Office, you don’t owe it!
   
   
9. In addition to our fees, customers will incur “filing fees”, or “court costs” that must be tendered to the Court in order to start the legal proceedings.
